What we do - Rust Prevention Service

We use oil based products that are specifically designed to increase the longevity of your vehicle by applying a coating of superior protection against rust and corrosion.

Available in black or clear, the oil penetrates into the small areas and seams giving the best protection possible against road brine and salt.

Coating and fogging the internal cavities like doors, cross members, frames, rockers and tailgate adds another level of protection by forming a barrier against moisture that can become trapped in those areas, helping to extend the lifespan of your vehicle.

We have wax options for the ultimate protection for Brand New automobiles, combined with the internal fogging, gives your new vehicle the best defense from rust and corrosion right from the get go! Dries, is washable and is a flexible, long lasting coating that comes in black. This is for brand new vehicles only.

Annual Oil Undercoating

Yearly application recommended for best results. Food grade oil based, Eco-Friendly and Biodegradable. Can be applied to new or older vehicles. Migrates into all the small places to lock out moisture to prevent rust and corrosion. Does not dry. Stays active and pliable.

Armor Guard Fusion

Engineered for vehicles with little to no rust. Armor Guard Fusion is a semi-permanent, oil-based rust protection formula that cures to a drip-free, matte-black coating. It is engineered to be used on vehicles with minimal to light frame rust. Inspection is required to determine if vehicle qualifies.

Armor Guard Platinum - Hard Wax

Engineered for Brand New vehicles with no rust. Armor Guard Platinum is a premium dry-film protectant, oil-based rust protection formula that cures to a solidifying, matte-black coating. Intended for clean and rust free vehicles. Inspection is required to determine if vehicle qualifies.

Clear Oil Basic - Frame rails, Rockers and doors fogged and external coating on frame.

Trailers - Clear oil coating, wheel well guard under fenders. $35 per lineal foot. Hitch to tail end.

All vehicles include internal cavity fog, frame, doors, and rockers.

Before and After Care

Before

Please take your vehicle through the underbody carwash the night before or on your way to your appointment. This helps get the dirt and winter slush out of our way.
At this time, we only accept cash or check. We do not accept debit or credit cards as we cannot justify adding the 6% processing fees.

During

Most oil coatings take approximately 3-4 hours depending on the type of vehicle.

After

Please avoid the underbody carwash for at least the next 30 days to allow the coating to set in and migrate into the hard to reach areas properly.
While we use a “No-Drip” formula, we sometimes spray known problem areas a bit heavy. Some of the oil may accumulate and drip for a day or two after getting coated.
